In 2020 the Bank celebrated its 30th anniversary being one of the oldest banks in Russia.
November 27, 1990 the commercial bank Pervouralskcombank was registered and on February 20, 1992 it was reorganized into PERVOURALSKBANK.

Over the 30 years of its activity PERVOURALSKBANK has not only overcome several crises, but also actively developed and built up its financial, personnel and technological potential.
